Fast tech firms more prolific

New Zealand firms are punching above their weight in Asia Pacific with some of the fastest-growing technology firms in the region. The Deloitte Technology Fast 500 survey shows a record 51 of the 500 fastest-growing technology companies in Asia Pacific are from New Zealand, well above the 31 which made the cut last year. While this was well behind technology behemoths Taiwan (99) and China (97) New Zealand was catching up with Australia, which edged out just in front with 60 companies on the list.
