Wellington 25 May 2010 An Endeavour Capital investment, ZyGEM Corp. Ltd, today announced acquisition of a USA company, MicroLab Diagnostics Inc. ZyGEM is integrating its unique DNA and RNA reagents and assays with breakthrough microfluidic and polymer technology developed by MicroLab to commercialise a new and world-leading range of instruments.
