Angel HQ

Angel HQ is an angel investment club that helps give business wings.

Angel HQ helps bridge the gap between businesses' ability to fund their early growth on money from their own resources, and the point where the company has a track record that qualifies it for institutional finance from more traditional sources.

For investors, Angel HQ provides groomed and filtered access to exciting early opportunities. We also arrange club nights for networking and exchanging experiences with other members, social events and connection to the national angel industry.

AngelLink is a national network of private investors established by WaikatoLink Ltd to facilitate investment in early stage companies arising from government funded research and, where appropriate, from private sector opportunities.

AngelLink aims to bring together active angel investors with a constant stream of deal flows, to facilitate early stage investment. Deal flows will come from a variety of sources to offer the angel members diverse opportunities for investment.

Potential investee companies are screened and taken through a proven stage gate decision process to validate their suitability for investment. The suitable investees are mentored to prepare documents for due diligence to a predetermined standard for presentation to potential angel investors.

AngelLink welcomes applications from angel investors interested in membership and non-confidential applications from start up/early stage companies.
